We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on service inventory needs day-to-day and inventory sustainability long-term within the Energy Network Operations structure. You will drive inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and circular economy initiatives across our global energy service and deployment network.This role supports remote management of diverse inventory locations (warehouses, van stock, remote storage facilities, utility sites) while advancing responsible remediation of excess and obsolete materials to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Own service inventory accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across all location types, including virtual warehouses, van stock, remote facilities,connexes, and utility sites
• Collaborate with engineering, service operations, and sales teams to develop network reporting, dashboards, audit forms, and adjustment reviews using proprietary internal systems
• Lead network-wide sustainability initiatives to implement responsible remediation strategies for excess and obsolete materials via resale, donation, recycling, and rebate programs
• Partner with internal stakeholders to embed circular inventory practices, reduce wasteful operations, and improve long-term inventory readiness across the Energy network
• Prioritize day-to-day escalations, manage issue trackers, and ensure compliance with virtual staging and return standards
• Apply data analytics and structured communication to drive high-impact metric improvements and continuous enhancement
• Contribute to innovation in greenlogistics, supply chain transparency, and ESG-aligned practices that support Tesla's sustainability goals

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a cycle counter or inventory control associate and knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent)
• Strong computer and analytic skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies
• Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to changing priorities
• Trained to operate mobile equipment, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days (Must have valid U.S. driver's license)
• Must be able to lift up-to 30 lbs. on a regular, and repetitive basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis and collaborate effectively across Warehouse stakeholders

Expected Compensation $20.80 - $36.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
