Robotics Lab Operator

Apex Systems is currently in search of a Robot Operator for one of our clients in the San Francisco area. They're a research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. AI is an extremely powerful tool that must be created with safety and human needs at its core.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Operator to support data collections efforts within our Robotics laboratory. In this role, you will work with the Lab Operations team to perform routine tests and data collection, and ensure a clean and safe lab environment. This role is critical in supporting research, development, and quality assurance activities.

90% data collection with robotics systems.

Operate robotics systems and control with a tablet.

The system collects data, and lab technicians manipulate robotics through a control system.

5% hardware assembly support

5% lab maintenance (working with the robots and power supplies)
