Senior Client Service Associate

Location: Sausalito, CA

Work Schedule: 5x week in office

Must Have: 5+ years of Direct Client Service experience, or a Series 65/MBA

This role provides operational and administrative support to Client Advisors, playing a vital role in delivering comprehensive, relationship-based client service. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Manage account maintenance for new and existing clients, including documentation, custodian communication, and regulatory compliance
• Process money movements, assist with trade execution, and support ad hoc client requests
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Prepare and validate reports for client meetings
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce)
• Lead and coordinate team projects from initiation to completion

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Prior experience in client service or administrative roles within financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
