Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using veterinary practice management software
- Verify client and patient information, update medical records, and process payments
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and appropriate escalation when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Follow clinic protocols regarding medical records, confidentiality, and safety
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the field as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, Veterinary Receptionist, or Veterinary Assistant (required)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and appointment types
- Proficiency with computers and veterinary PIMS (e.g., Avimark, Woofware, Cornerstone, eVet, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-doctor or emergency/high-volume clinic
- Knowledge of basic veterinary workflows and procedures
- Bilingual skills a plus

- Full-time position
- Competitive hourly pay: $19$23/hour, based on experience
