This is your chance to join in day one, be part of something exciting, and help shape the future of how we make and deliver flavor around the world.As a Filler/HTST Operator on Torani's new sauce line, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production. You'll operate the filler and HTST systems, monitor critical control points, and validate equipment and processes to uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.This hands-on role is vital to both daily operations and the long-term success of our sauce business. You'll work closely with Production, QA, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and set the bar for excellence. As part of our first-ever sauce team, you'll stay in sync with upstream and downstream activities, make informed decisions, and help shape the future of our filler and HTST operations. If you're ready to grow with our people-first organization and make a real impact, we can't wait to meet you!Success Factors (First 12-24 Months)* Line Mastery and Technical Operations: Your expertise in operating and monitoring filler and HTST equipment and ability to anticipate changes upstream or downstream could impact the flow of production ensures product quality every time. You routinely performed CIP and COP sanitation validations, monitor HACCP critical control points, and document data with precision. When deviations occur, you confidently apply your knowledge of decision points and reaction plans to protect both product quality and production flow. Your speed matched with an attention to detail and technical knowledge, have made you the "hub" of the sauce line.* Safety and Quality Guardian: You've maintained a safe, hygienic work environment with zero safety incidents by consistently applying GMPs, allergen management, and sanitation standards. You've demonstrated care for your teammates' safety and reinforced safe practices at every step. By carefully monitoring CCPs and working with QA to verify positive release results, you helped safeguard food safety while keeping the line in compliance with FDA and SQF standards. Your movement through the Flavor Factory demonstrates your acute awareness of your surroundings, ensuring your safety and the safety of fellow team members. You've built credibility as someone who always prioritizes the safety of people and products.* The Connector: You became a central connector across Production, QA, and Maintenance, partnering daily to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. You shared observations and data in a way that influenced key decisions on the floor, helping the team act quickly and decisively. Beyond operating your own station, you educated peers by explaining the "why" behind filler and HTST operations, giving them a stronger understanding of the process and its impact on overall performance. This collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach made you a go-to teammate others look to for guidance.* Continuous Improvement and Sauce Startup: You played a vital role in the start-up and qualification of the new sauce line, contributing observations, process data, and feedback during commissioning trials. You supported validation studies for HTST systems, sanitation protocols, and allergen/perishable monitoring. When issues arose, you contributed to root cause investigations and helped implement corrective actions that improved product consistency and reduced downtime. By approaching challenges with curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset, you helped establish the foundation for continuous improvement in Torani's sauce operations.* Ownership Hero: You have taken ownership in how you monitored production data, completed records, and prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your clear and timely communication ensured that teammates, QA, and supervisors always had the information needed to make the right decisions. You stayed alert to line performance, anticipating needs and taking proactive steps that kept production on schedule and safeguarded product quality.What You'll Bring* 2+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing* Experience with sauce production and/or dairy preferred* Knowledge of safety procedures and good manufacturing practices* Experience using forklift and/or pallet jacks preferred* Hands-on experience operating filler and HTST systems (or similar thermal processing equipment) preferred* M-F, 1st Shift, 5 am - 1 pm, plus overtime as needed* Lift up to 50 lbs* Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hoursPayrate: $25.50/ hour
