Job Details

Shift flexibility – 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift. Most shifts are 1st, but we do have occasional 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Job Description:

• Low voltage knowledge – 24VAC, 24VDC, or other VDC signals such as 0-10 VDC signals or 4-20 MA signals
• Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), especially Client Metasys and Facility Explorer
• Installation, commissioning, and programming of HVAC control equipment (controllers, sensors, actuators, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and repair of BMS hardware/software, including network field controllers and supervisory devices.
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC and controls systems
• Reading and interpreting HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls schematics
• Controls product training (Metasys, Facility Explorer, etc.)
• HVAC Technician Certification (EPA 608, NATE, etc.)
• Associate's degree or technical diploma (HVAC, controls, electronics, or related field)
