Job Summary:
We are seeking a Backend Developer with strong experience in Generative AI technologies to join our engineering team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python , prompt engineering , and AI agentic workflows , and a solid background in building scalable backend systems supporting GenAI applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Generative AI applications using Python.
• Build and optimize agentic workflows that interact with LLMs or multimodal AI systems.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize model performance.
• Integrate AI models (e.g., via APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) into backend services.
• Collaborate closely with frontend/UX teams to deliver seamless GenAI product experiences.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability for production-grade applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and mentor junior developers if required.

• 3+ years of backend development experience, preferably in Python.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI , including:
  • Prompt engineering
  • AI agent frameworks/workflows (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience working on software engineering projects involving LLMs or GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying AI workloads.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
