Position Description:
The Director of Business Intelligence (BI) & Business Transformation (BT) is a critical leadership role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies across the business. This role oversees the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions, while leading transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing business systems, processes, and performance. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in BI, strategic leadership, and hands-on experience with system improvements to support the company's growth and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable BI tools and frameworks (Power BI, QuickBase, etc.) to support strategic decision-making across multiple business units, including agriculture operations, real estate development, and financial management.
• Lead and manage transformation projects that streamline business processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Partner with department heads to align systems and workflows with the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of data warehousing solutions, ensuring robust data architecture that allows for easy access to accurate, timely insights across all business segments.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and other teams to align BI initiatives with business needs, ensuring data solutions support both current operations and future growth.
• Implement governance frameworks to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of BI analysts, data engineers, and transformation specialists. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Drive the integration of business intelligence solutions with ERP systems (such as D365), improving reporting capabilities, financial transparency, and data-driven operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or Master's in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• 10-15+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Transformation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Prior experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), ERP systems, low-code platforms, and data warehousing tools.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving business performance improvements, and building and managing teams.
