Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Siebel Developers to join our remote team, supporting critical CRM applications across various business units. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Siebel CRM, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration, and must be available to work in Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM solutions including configuration, scripting (eScript), workflows, and business components.
• Support Siebel Open UI development and user interface customization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the Siebel environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration with external systems using Web Services, EAI, or other middleware technologies.
• Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and contribute to deployment planning and documentation.
• Provide production support, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and change control processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Siebel CRM development experience (Tools, eScript, Workflows, Business Services).
• Experience with Siebel Open UI and modern front-end customization.
• Proficiency in Siebel EAI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel upgrades or patching (preferred).
• Experience integrating Siebel with other enterprise platforms (ERP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Must be able to work during Eastern or Central time zone business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Siebel certification (Oracle Certified Professional)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and performance tuning
• Experience in healthcare, telecom, or financial services domains
