Customization of current Summit system is in C++, but they are trying to learn the .net Core/AWS world
Looking for Mid to Sr. Level Developer who is very strong technically, strong communicator, able to work independently
Cannot be someone who is going to be passive, sit back and wait for someone to tell them what do do. Needs someone proactive
.Net Core/C+ is the primary need, but candidates need to have an understanding of C++ as they will need to read C++ code and may need to manipulate
Want someone assertive that can take current team members and say "this is How I've done this in the past with .net core"

Core 8.0 (will be hard to find, 7.0 is fine)
SQS, SNS, Event bridge being used for AWS services.
Financial Services/Banking is a plus, but not mandatory
C++ knowledge - must be functional, not an expert
C# skills
Domain knowledge (finance, wire transfers - not a show stopper)
Object Oriented skills
AWS/cloud - basic experience with AWS services (SNS, SQS, Eventbridge)
.netcore - this is critically Important
Problem-solving skills (do they ask good questions, what assumptions are they making)
