Join a fast-paced AI startup building advanced, real-time cybersecurity systems powered by machine learning and autonomous workflows. As Platform Engineering Lead, you'll own the design and evolution of the company's cloud-native infrastructure, driving scalability, performance, and compliance across high-throughput, ML-driven workloads.

This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with deep hands-on engineering-expect to influence architectural direction, write production code, and mentor a growing team of engineers. You'll play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of a next-gen SaaS platform transforming how complex operational data is processed and defended in real time.
Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced expertise in AWS and working knowledge of Azure; deep background in multi-cloud architecture, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation), and CI/CD tooling
• Demonstrated success scaling secure, compliant infrastructure for SaaS environments, including SOC2 or similar frameworks
  
  3+ years in technical leadership roles with direct team-building responsibility

• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, such as LLM orchestration, GPU workloads, and vector databases
• Familiarity with FinOps principles, cloud cost optimization, and observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Exposure to modern service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) and microservice communication patterns
