Must have worked for State Government with Healthcare Project experience

Experience with Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, covering configuration, automation, and customer journey design.

- Marketing Cloud Integration Expertise

Must have demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise systems, including building and managing APIs, middleware, or connectors that support data flow between Salesforce and large-scale eligibility, enrollment, or healthcare systems.

- Data Management & Reconciliation

Must have hands-on experience working with Salesforce data extensions, relational data models, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment across multiple systems of record (e.g., CalHEERS, carrier files, CMS data feeds).

- Automation & Campaign Delivery
