Passage Health is a fast-growing start-up, on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through dynamic software solutions. The diagnosis rate for autism has skyrocketed in the last 10 years to 1 in 31 children. Those children will have to wait up to 1 year to receive therapy as service providers, hampered by antiquated technology, are struggling to meet surging demand. We are building a modern electronic medical record (EMR) that will revolutionize the $460B autism care market.
About the role
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own and continuously evolve how we articulate our value to the market as we scale and move up-market. This role is about sharpening our positioning, value propositions, and core messaging so our differentiation is clear, consistent, and credible in every sales and marketing interaction.
This role sits at the center of our go-to-market motion, working closely with sales, product, and marketing to turn customer insight, deal feedback, and competitive context into clear positioning and sales-ready materials. You'll help ensure our messaging keeps pace with how buyers' needs evolve and that our sales team is equipped to confidently explain why we win. Over time, you'll also support major product launches and expansions, shaping how new capabilities are brought to market.
