Requirement:

Experience Level: Minimum 5-7 years ServiceNow development experience
Government Experience: 3+ years government facility experience
Development Skills: JavaScript proficiency; ServiceNow scripting; Workflow development; Custom application development
Module Experience: SAM module customization; HAM module development; Custom workflow creation; Dashboard/report development
Integration Experience: Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
Quality Focus: Understanding of testing methodologies and code review
ServiceNow Certification: Certified Application Developer (CAD) - MANDATORY

Education:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Configure SAM and HAM modules per requirements
• Create custom dashboards and reports
• Implement integrations with external systems
• Perform code reviews and testing
