Qualifications for Automation Engineer
• Candidate will work closely with software engineers and other project team members to successfully test and assess ongoing development within demanding schedules, produce test cases and other Postal project documentation.
• Candidate will enter and manage defects in an automated defect tracking system ensuring that all defects are entered with adequate information to assist developers in reproducing the problem, working with the development teams to identify the root cause of the problems.
• Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote proper software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability, and security.
• Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests.
• Support the team in designing reliable, accurate tests, and in integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production health.

Knowledge
• Xcode, Android Studios, Selenium, Appium, Sauce Labs, QTest, Visual Studios, .Net, Harness.

Requirements
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in test automation and/or software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, Statistics, Math, or related field

Required Skills : Must live in either Charlette, Birmingham, Nashville, or Atlanta. Must be able to convert without sponsorship now or in the future.
