12 + years of experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Techno-Functional SME (HCM - Payroll, Absence, ORC, Benefits, Compensation Management) Implement/Support Oracle Application. Ability to understand and articulate client's business requirements. Identify GAPs in the Process and provide solution. Ability to design and architect solutions across multiple systems and its integration. Contribute to the team as individual contributor, leading the team, and assisting for the team delivery. The candidate should have good understanding and hands-on experience on Fast Formulas, Configuration (User/Role Security, BI Admin, etc. ), Custom User Interface (UI), Redwood UI Configurations, Mobile Responsive Pages, Database (SQL, ATP, PL/SQL), Reports (OTBI, BIP, FRS), Integration Cloud Services/OIC, HCM Extract, HDL, FBDI, Integration (FTP/sFTP, API, communication protocol), Release / Patching, Smart View, VBCS - Visual Builder Cloud Services
