    Regional Sales Director Work mode Remote Employment Type Full-Time Travel 0-20% Work Site Location Philadelphia Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC.
    We are looking for an Account Manager with 4+ years' experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Ohio. Training would be provided.

  2. What will you do:

    Responsibility Work tasks and content:
    l Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win's and increase account penetration
    l Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers
    l Research and develop new customers and new business segments
    l Develop account strategy and execute business plan
    l Effectively handle of customers' issue
    l Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
    l Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
    l Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
    l Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel
  3. What will you bring:

    Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors; Experience (Must) 4+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge (Ideal) l Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);
    l Familiar with specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products.
    Abilities/Qualities l Proficient in using office software.
    l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
    l Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools.
    l Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP. Skills/Certifications l Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills.
    l Market and customer communication skills;
