Title: SAP SD Lead
Location: Remote w/limited travel to Plano, TX
1. Analyze business requirements related to order management, pricing, ATP, intercompany, billing, and accounts receivable. • 2. Design and configure SAP OTC module to meet business needs. • 3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO. • 4. Lead or participate in SAP OTC implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, training, and postgolive support. • 5. Provide expertise in resolving OTCrelated issues and troubleshooting system errors. • 6. Develop and maintain documentation of OTC processes, configurations, and user guides. • 7. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to endusers. • 8. Stay updated on SAP OTC module advancements, best practices, and industry trends. • 9. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize OTC processes and enhance system efficiency. • 10. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Requirements: • 1. 10+ years of experience working with SAP OTC module in implementation, configuration, and support roles. • 2. Proficiency in SAP ERP system, specifically in OTC, SD, MM, and FICO modules. • 3. Strong understanding of order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable processes. • 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • 5. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. • 6. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP OTC projects on time and within budget. • 7. SAP certification in OTC module optional but preferred. • 8. Experience with SAP S4HANA and SAP implementation methodologies e.g., ASAP, Activate is a plus. • 9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 10-Experience managing onsite/offshore resources
