The Global Health and Life Sciences Customer Advisory team is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven PlatinumCustomer Advisory (CA) Consultant to support up to two high-value platinum accounts. In this role, you will act as the primary advisor and orchestrator, working closely with the Global Account Director, local Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful engagement and account growth. You will develop deep knowledge of each customer's business processes, establish trusted relationships across their value chain, and identify opportunities to bring in the right experts-including industry, technology, analytics, CA, GTP, and SAS specialists-as needed. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will support execution excellence through tools such as Revegy (including white space analysis and relationship mapping), contribute to Starburst initiatives, and assist with strategic account review sessions. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within complex customer environments.
