Title: NetSuite Consultant (2-3 Openings)
Location: US or Canada (Remote)
Duration of the Contract: 12+ Months (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: Open, DOE
Client Industry: Technology / ERP Implementation / Security Products & Services (preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced NetSuite Consultants to lead and support large-scale NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidates will have strong functional expertise, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-entity environments.

As a key contributor, you will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise NetSuite implementations (1,500+ hours), conduct requirements gathering, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. You will support multi-book accounting, multi-currency operations, and global localization requirements while optimizing advanced inventory processes and workflows.

Experience in the Security Products & Services industry is a plus, along with NetSuite certifications. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex NetSuite implementations (1,500+ hours).
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Support multi-book, multi-currency, and global financial operations.
  • Design and optimize advanced inventory management processes and workflows.
  • (Preferred) Provide functional support for Security Products & Services industry use cases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Recommend and implement NetSuite best practices and process improvements.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial modules, multi-book, multi-currency, and global accounting.
  • Expertise in advanced inventory processes within NetSuite.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the Security Products & Services industry.
  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation).
