Direct Counsel is seeking a CFIUS & FCPA Partner or group to join a forward-thinking, globally distributed law firm.
This firm is designed for senior attorneys who are seeking freedom, transparency, and top-tier support while practicing at the highest levels. The ideal candidate (or group) will have at least $750K in portable business and a focus on international trade compliance, including matters involving CFIUS, FCPA, export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption.
