Role: Workday PATT Lead Consultant (2 positions)

Location: Remote

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Workday HCM experience with at least 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, absence accruals, and time-tracking compliance.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday PATT modules.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations for payroll vendors, tax systems, and time clocks.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll and leave management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills
