Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, a client-focused approach, and the ability to navigate complex legal scenarios with expertise and professionalism. As a key member of our legal team, you will manage cases from inception through resolution, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to, automobile accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options, providing clear and strategic guidance throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure all deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management and effective legal strategies.
• Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents to provide the highest level of legal representation.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Proven track record of handling personal injury cases with successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law, litigation processes, and case management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and attention to detail.
