Law & Motion Attorney - Still Actively Hiring $160-$220 Discretionary bonus
We remain actively in search of a Law & Motion Attorney. Ideal candidates should have:
• 4-6 years of legal experience.
• Substantial employment law experience.
Proven skill and experience in:
• Drafting oppositions to motions for summary judgment/adjudication (MSJs/MSAs),
• Drafting oppositions to demurrers, and
• Handling a variety of motion practice.
We will require a writing sample for any of the above or any briefing regarding anti-SLAPP applicant with submission.
