Job Description:

• As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your Issue Management expertise to provide technical support for the MES application.
• In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and providing technical guidance to end-users.
• Additionally, you'll be entrusted with the task of collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
• You must have proficiency in Issue Management.
• Having proficiency in Rockwell PharmaSuite MES will be advantageous.
• Provide technical support for the MES application, managing and resolving application-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and provide technical guidance to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
• This is 24/7 shop floor support. Nights & weekends on rotating basis required (includes shift uplift).

• High School Diploma or GED
