LHH is assisting a top tier American Law Firm seek 3 Contract Conflicts Attorney to help with a very large merger project with another law firm. These temp attorneys need to help clear all of the other law firms, clients and matters, to ensure there is zero conflict.
- First month is heavy training on how the law firm clears conflicts, what their practices are, what their policies are.
- Expected to ask questions and will have their own set of assignments of which office they're going to be supporting.
- Conflict assignments are assigned vs getting request from their database (Intapp is the database)
Benefits: - Pay ranges from $65 - $75 per hour
- Fully remote
- Project duration will last at least 1 year
- Possibility to convert to a full time position

Requirements: - 3 years' experience as a conflicts attorney.
- Someone who has cleared conflicts at a big firm that has a big conflicts database (Intapp)
- Must be barred in the state they are living in (active license not suspended or inactive)
- Solid understanding of jurisdictional differences in the application of different rule and principles to use in making a choice of law, including risk analysis.
- Strong conflicts database skills.
- Arrive at good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment.
