Job Description:

• We're looking for a Project Analyst to support the onboarding and independence review of prospective audit clients. This is a fully remote position,while staying connected with a collaborative and professional team.

• Generate Sentinel service history reports and process them using internal tools (Alteryx workflow and inquiry bots)
• Track and document responses to inquiries
• Follow up on outstanding items
• Provide progress updates to team members and managers
• Assist with high-priority and time-sensitive projects as needed
• Contribute ideas for improving systems and processes

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks with both short- and long-term deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills; able to keep track of follow-ups and data
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to use judgment and think critically
• Willingness to suggest improvements to existing processes

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of work experience
• Experience in a public accounting firm is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Quick to learn new systems, technologies, and processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong written communication skills - email clarity is especially valuable
