OMP Subject Matter Expert (SME)

FULLY REMOTE (can sit anywhere in the US)

Must have :

• MUST BE AN OMP subject matter expert and understand the business and IT to be the go-to person for their implementation (Application).
• In order to be eligible for this role, consultant must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship now or in the future.

To be successful, you need to have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of technology - OMP, SAP APO or other high capability Advanced Planning Systems (APS ).
• Experience with some business supply chain experience ideally in a planning area preferably in the Consumer industry or life sciences industry
• Experience implementing SAP (R/3, ECC or S/4) in SP/PP and (or) MM space
• Experience of working in projects deploying Planning systems or complex data management processes
• Experience in SAP, APO or OMP Configuration and customization and reporting tools
• Experience in complex supply and production planning system deployment, improvement initiatives and steady state support
• Experience in solution design and Architecture
• Experience in E2E Supply chain processes and in implementing complex IT solutions in e.g, Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Advanced planning and Material Planning capabilities
• Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse global teams across time-zones
• Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues
• Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization
• Ability to coach/grow peers and team members
• Experience driving business value through information technology

Required:

• Experience implementing or supporting OMP
• Experience in business analysis and project management delivering small and medium-scale projects in Plan

Preferred:

• Experience with Consumer Health or Life Science industry with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing S/4 integrations with Plan applications like OMP
