Role: Product Manager Senior - Enterprise Platforms & Enablement
Location: 100% Remote (Quarterly travel to Washington, D.C. or Wilmington, DE for PI Planning)
Type: 12+ months Contract

Job Description: The Portfolio Product Manager will lead Amtrak's Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio, driving the shift from project-based delivery to a product-centric model.
You'll oversee product strategy and execution across Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Observability, Quality Enablement, Release Management, and IT Operations.
This is a senior-level role requiring strong IT infrastructure, agile leadership, and product management expertise to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Required Skills

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple EPE portfolios.
• Align business outcomes with technology modernization and engineering enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Agility Enablement teams.
• Guide feature prioritization based on value, feasibility, and customer feedback.
• Champion Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure value delivery.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Promote best practices in product management and agile delivery.
• Support enterprise technology transformation initiatives across cloud, network, and DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• 11-14 years of Product or Program Management experience
• Strong background in IT Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, IT Operations)
• Proven experience in Agile/SAFe environments
• Expertise in roadmapping, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam, AgilityHealth
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
