Our client is a highly respected international law firm with a deep bench in employment litigation and workplace counseling. This opportunity is open due to steady demand for advisory and litigation support in California's dynamic employment law environment.
Description:
The associate will support a broad range of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class/collective action litigation, internal investigations, and employment counseling. You will work directly with clients, draft pleadings and motions, and engage in strategy development alongside senior partners. The role offers both immediate case-handling responsibilities and long-term potential to build a focused employment law practice within a market-leading team.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of employment law or general litigation experience at a large law firm
Active membership in the California Bar
Strong academic credentials and legal research/writing skills
Experience with class/collective actions and single-plaintiff litigation matters
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work directly with clients
Investigations experience preferred
