The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, holding full accountability for all sales functions across the organization. The SVP is responsible for the recruitment, coaching, development, and mentoring of sales leadership and senior sellers. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, introducing innovative sales tools, and implementing strategies to optimize the overall sales process.
