Strategy and Operations Analyst, Go-to-Market

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
• 1 year of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).
• 1 year of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.
• Experience working with business, go-to-market, or strategy and operations teams.
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through data intuition and business acumen.
• Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences.

About the Job

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. The team is tasked with building data infrastructure and providing actionable insights at scale in partnership with business and the rest of the Americas Business Strategy and Operations (ABS&O) team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights at scale, directly empowering smarter investment decisions. This role demands a unique combination of technical excellence, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-depth analysis across multiple data-sets (e.g., business, product adoption, operations, headcount data) to identify opportunities for growth using advanced SQL.
• Create holistic views on investment opportunities for the business.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present clear and compelling data-backed stories to executive leadership, influencing direction and business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
