Responsibilities

• Focus on litigation and labor & employment matters
• Address issues such as discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct
• Handle complex litigation cases
• Advise on labor & employment issues affecting public agencies and school districts

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in litigation
• Experience in labor & employment law preferred
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Expertise in addressing complex legal challenges
• Strong desire to work within the realm of education/public agency law
