Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part?time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2?8.

LOCATION

Castro Valley and San Leandro

We are looking for a part?time coach to work in Castro Valley and San Leandro.

Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

PART?TIME SCHEDULE or FULL?TIME SCHEDULE

• Hours between M?F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-1pm)
• Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Pay
• The training rate is $22/hour
• After completing training, pay is $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).
• Pay can be up to $35/hour through advancement

Schedule

Flexibility We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)

Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional

Saturdays: mornings are required

A full ten?week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

• Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set?up and take?down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert?created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
