Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
• Provide companionship
• Follow care plans accurately
• Documentation and charting

Qualifications:

• HCA Registration (Home Care Aide) preferredwe can help you with this if needed
• Documented caregiving experience preferred
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• Access to a mobile phone
• Ability to travel within the East Bay
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for transportation
