Senior NPI Sourcing Manager – Semiconductor Industry

What You'll Do:

Lead sourcing efforts for new product development, from prototype to full-scale production.

• Act as the commercial arm in supplier negotiations, supporting SOWs and joint agreements.

• Work with design engineers to select and onboard strategic suppliers, ensuring technical, cost, and quality alignment.

Manage relationships with materials teams, engineers, and external partners to optimize sourcing strategies.

• Navigate complex supply chain dynamics, balancing category management and engineering priorities

• Influence early-stage product lifecycle decisions and mitigate sourcing risks.

What We're Looking For:

Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent technical experience).

8+ years of sourcing experience in semiconductor, aerospace, or related high-tech industries.

?? Proven experience in complex electromechanical system sourcing & supplier development

?? Strong understanding of program management, product development, and supply chain strategy

?? Ability to operate in ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

?? Background in optics, imaging, or advanced materials is a plus.
