Job Description

The Onboarding Operations team focuses on delivering seamless onboarding events from start to finish. We aim to create impactful, engaging, and flawlessly executed experiences that inspire attendees. Our team standardizes the organization, management, and production of events and programs, including enrollment, invitations, logistics, materials, and communications. The role primarily involves standardizing and centralizing the registration, enrollment, and attendance tracking processes. You will be part of high-impact programs, streamlining manual processes and eliminating inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex registration processes for onboarding programs, including scheduling, logistics, and handling inquiries via email and Slack.
  • Create and assign enablement events and courses to cohorts.
  • Communicate with virtual and remote employees using Marketing Cloud and Slack.
  • Manage collateral and calendar documentation.
  • Identify and resolve manual and inefficient processes using technology platforms.
  • Communicate task status to project leads and team members, coordinate cross-functionally, and influence peers and managers.
  • Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple activities and deadlines.
  • Assist with daily operations, including setting up training spaces, greeting attendees, managing AV/tech issues, and providing excellent service to new hires.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Residence within 40 miles of an office; expected to work in-office 3-4 days/week.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formatting, vlookups, and pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Systematic problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in program/project management or coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to various tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Interest in learning new technologies, especially related to Reports and Dashboards, with experience in the *** application preferred.
