We're seeking a seasoned Plumbing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. You'll be the face of our plumbing services—consulting with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess plumbing needs
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and scopes of work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track leads, follow-ups, and job progress using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing sales or related technical trades
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to draft clear, professional proposals
• Valid driver's license (company van provided)
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus, but not required
