Job Details

Large nationwide medical company is currently hiring a contract paralegal. This is a contract position expected to last approximately 3 months and is fully remote.

Individuals will be responsible for reviewing vendor contracts up for renewal and preparing contracts on companies new templates. Strong typing and analytical skills are required to be successful in this role. Attorneys with contract document review will also be considered.

Minimum Requirements

• No less than 1 year of work as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Attorney
• Home office; computer, printer and fax
