This person would handle:

Internal-facing responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day employee relations and issues
  • Performance management and coaching managers
  • Onboarding/offboarding coordination
  • Company culture and engagement initiatives
  • Internal policy development and communication
  • Compensation planning and equity management
  • Talent acquisition strategy and hiring coordination

PEO coordination:

  • Being the primary contact with your Insperity specialist
  • Ensuring payroll, benefits, and compliance items are handled properlyTranslating Insperity's services into actionable internal processes
  • Managing the flow of information between employees and the PEO
  • Escalating complex issues appropriately
