ABA Center Manager

Location: West Contra Costa (Richmond, CA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)

About the Role

The ABA Center Manager will oversee daily operations at our Richmond center, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a professional, welcoming environment for clients, families, and staff. Prior experience in a managerial role within an ABA or behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, scheduling, and staff coverage
• Support client intake, enrollment, and overall family experience
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulations
• Maintain facility standards, inventory, and center organization
• Supervise staff, support performance management, and collaborate with Clinical Managers
• Track operational metrics and provide regular reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Spanish fluency (Required)
• 3+ years of management experience in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
