About the Role

Suno is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis that informs Suno's strategy and execution. In this role, you'll translate complex financial data into actionable insights and partner with leadership to support budgeting, scenario planning, and decisions that drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the company
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting scenario analysis and strategic planning
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis and business insights
• Partner closely with business leaders to monitor KPIs, budgets, and shape financial strategy
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A tools, processes, and reporting efficiency

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of finance experience with a strong focus on FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to build financial models and analytical frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Experience working at a high growth consumer, consumer tech or AI company

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating FP&A with strategic and operational planning
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools

Additional Notes

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• This role requires working on-site five days per week in our SF or NYC office.
