Position Overview: The Senior Key Account Executive at SiliconExpert will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our most significant clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded, while enhancing our revenue growth. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication abilities, a comprehensive understanding of the electronics industry, and the skill to provide customized SaaS and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and foster strong relationships with our most strategic accounts, engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and successfully close strategic sales opportunities within your assigned accounts to enhance global outreach and increase net revenue retention.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams—sales, marketing, partnerships, and product development—to guarantee client satisfaction and effective project execution.
  • Engage with partners to uncover, position, and promote comprehensive solutions addressing end-to-end workflows.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence our product roadmap and shape new strategic offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and reports to both clients and senior stakeholders in-person and virtually.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets while contributing to SiliconExpert's overarching business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of successful SaaS sales experience, particularly with large and strategic customers.
  • Understanding of electrical components related to medical devices/healthcare, automotive, industrial manufacturing, semiconductors, or contract manufacturing is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in selling data or AI-driven solutions is a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of closing 6 and/or 7-figure deals.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies for navigating large, complex accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling intricate solutions requiring cross-functional collaboration and engagement at the VP level or higher.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; expect a 60/40 travel split.

Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote, with travel to an Arrow office location as requested by leadership required.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $138,900.00 - $200,204.00

Please note that actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Location: US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees)

Remote employees may be required to report to the nearest designated Arrow office as necessary.
