About the Role
Our sales team is made up of high performers who are compensated well for their hard work. Top earners make over $150,000 a year by selling the best products in the industry.
Responsibilities
- In-Home Consultations: You'll meet with homeowners in their homes, assess their needs, and offer them the best products that fit their requirements.
- Sales Tools & Support: Use the tools and training provided to connect with customers and close deals.
- Customer Service: From start to finish, you'll ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work with your team to share insights, strategies, and knowledge that will help everyone succeed.
Qualifications
- Education: A college degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued.
Required Skills
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales is a plus, but not necessary!
- Proven Track Record: A history of closing sales and achieving targets.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A focus on exceeding customer expectations every time.
- Self-Motivation: You're driven, results-oriented, and ready to take on challenges.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
- Availability: You'll need to be available for appointments Monday through Saturday.

Pay range and compensation package
- Pay for Performance: Our compensation plans are built to reward top performers, with a strong commission structure that increases your earnings as you succeed.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Our sales representatives earn an average of $150,000-$200,000 annually, with top earners making even more!
- Leads Provided: You'll never have to cold-call! (unless you want) additional bonus for self generated leads. All leads are prequalified, scheduled, and confirmed for you.
- Work from Home: first 3 months working from office with mentor or until track record is established. Leave your front door and head straight to your customer's home!
- Industry-Leading Products: You'll sell top-tier windows and doors that come with unmatched brand awareness, product quality, industry leaders, ensuring your customers are always satisfied.
- Paid Training: We'll prepare you for success with classroom training and field experience.
