Material Handler Position

Our client, a leading logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Union City, CA

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour

Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday Friday

What's the Job?

Scan barcodes for accurate tracking and inventory control

Open boxes and prepare materials for processing

Move pallets manually and with a pallet jack

Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift

Load, unload, and stage materials for shipment or storage

What's Needed?

Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods

Experience using pallet jacks and barcode scanners is a plus

Dependable and punctual with the ability to follow detailed instructions

Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
