Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

What are we looking for?

A dynamic, highly organized self‑starter who is passionate about AV and can manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to delegate efficiently, and the kind of problem‑solver who embodies our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.”

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
  • Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively
  • Support national account projects and coordination
  • Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
  • Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project success

Fit

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, serving as the face of CTI to clients

Experience

  • A/V Install and Project Management: At least 5 years, experienced as the main point of contact for clients and employees during AV/Conference solution implementation
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred but not required; experience and skill level are taken into account
  • Customer Service Experience: Mandatory – client focus is paramount
  • Attitude and Aptitude: Eager to learn and tackle any situation
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and open to facilitate smooth processes

Compensation Package

  • Base salary $70,000 – $120,000+ (DOE)
  • Employer‑matched medical and dental insurance (eligible after 60 days)
