We are seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Cleaner to join our team at SweatHouz The Marina. SweatHouz is a luxurious wellness studio where people come to relax and unwind in our infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin?C showers.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in an intimate studio environment. Working alongside our Sales Associates and Studio Manager, youll ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.

Were looking for hard workers who will do what it takes to get the job done. Cleaning experience is preferred but not required if you have a strong eagerness to excel in a cleaning role. You must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast?paced environment within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize suites and restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Deep?clean the infrared saunas and cold plunges.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Studio Manager.

Hours

• 40 hours per week. You must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Requirements

• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed (mornings, day time, evenings, and weekends).
• Previous experience in cleaning services preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer?facing roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time.

Pay Information

Base pay range: $16.00/hr $18.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.
