Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) offers transportation services like FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), brokerage, cross-border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs, connecting Maersk or Customer warehouses or depots or cross-dock/consolidation/deconsolidation facilities through a robust network led by best-in-class operations and technology. This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models.

JOBSUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to provide their associates with the tools needed for success as wellas keenlydrive productivityandefficiencythrough data-driven decisions andanalytical problem- solving.Youwillensurethehighestqualityofthe workandmaximizeproductivityofPilot warehouse locations.Thisisahands onmanagement roleina warehousesetting.In addition,the Supervisor will provide training, complete performance reviews, and issue disciplinary action when necessary.

Shift M-F 1:30PM to 10:30PM

Final Mile and Linehaul

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

• Developandmaintaintheoperationsbyinitiating,coordinatingandenforcingprogram,operational, and personnel policies and procedures

• Implementsecurityandsafetyimprovementsthatbenefitthecompany'sassets,visitors,tenantsandemployees

• Maintainoperationsbyinitiating,coordinatingandenforcingprogram,operational,andpersonnel policies and procedures.

• Workvariablehours,includingweekends

• UtilizeknowledgeandexperienceofRFscannersinanadvancedwarehousesettingusingacollection of software and personnel processes to improve inventory accuracy,eliminateunnecessary mistakes and increase productivity

• Handleswork-relatedinjuries.EnsurethatpoliciesareincomplianceaswellasOSHAstandards.

• Maintainafavorableworkingrelationshipwithall other companyemployeestofosteraidand promoteacooperativeandharmoniousworkingclimatewhichwillbeconducivetomaximumemployee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

Salary Range:

$68,640-$70K

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
