**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapy Assistant!**- Exciting opportunity for a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant in Hayward/Fremont area- Ideal for those with a passion for helping patients and a minimum of 1 year professional experience- Home health experience preferred, but not required**Territory Assignment:**- Area #1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City- Choice of either:- Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont- Area #3: San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore**Options Available:**- **Guaranteed Hours:**- Minimum of 36 hours weekly with 30 productivity points required- Must be flexible with travel and weekend work if needed- **Non-Guaranteed Hours:**- Ideal for those who prefer flexibility- Opportunity to refuse patients- Must see Covid+ and Covid Person Under Investigation patients**Visit Calculation:**- Routine visit equals 1 point, which translates to 1.33 hours- Payment based on per visit rather than hourly**Credentials Required:**- Current CA PTA License- BLS Certification- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance- Auto Registration- Annual TB Test- Vaccinations: MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Annual Flu- Drug Screen- Physical examination**Important Notes:**- Your agency's contract must mirror our official confirmation page- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission; late submissions risk removal from our client vendor set- No exceptions for time off requests after the acceptance date**Shift Information:**- Day shifts available- Holiday coverage may be required**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
