You have been selected to test an Internal Store/Field Leader Developmental Assessment. This assessment is intended for internal Store Managers, District Managers and DMIT level Associates and will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. The goal of this activity is to identify opportunities for improvement in this assessment and to learn what level this type of tool is appropriate for before we roll it out further later in the year.
